The lockdowns of 2020 presented many challenges, but for me, it was an opportunity to pursue my passion for miniature painting and turn it into a business. As an avid collector and gamer, I had always enjoyed painting miniatures a hobby first and foremost, but never considered it as a career until the pandemic hit.
With more free time on my hands, I began to invest in my craft, experimenting with new techniques and styles. As I shared my work online, I started receiving inquiries from others who were interested in commissioning me to paint their miniatures.
That’s when I realised that there was a demand for high-quality miniature painting services. I began to invest in better equipment and materials, and refined my processes to deliver exceptional results.
Starting a business during a pandemic wasn’t easy, but it taught me the importance of being adaptable and resilient. I focused on building a strong online presence, using social media and online marketplaces to showcase my work and attract new clients.
Despite the challenges, my miniature painting business took off. I was able to connect with clients all over the world and turned my passion into a career. Today, I continue to grow and expand my business, offering affordable and high-quality miniature painting services to collectors and gamers around the world.
