What can I expect when booking a commission with Paint & Deploy?
PAY A DEPOSIT
Once we have discussed your project and you are happy to proceed with your quote, you will be asked to pay the cost of the miniatures and 50% of the commission total.
Depending on the size of the queue, you may just be asked to pay a nominal deposit in order to secure your place in the queue.
WORK BEGINS
You will be notified as soon as work begins on your project. From that point on you will receive regular updates and have the opportunity to have your say on how the project develops – with any reasonable requests for changes being accommodated.
We want to make sure that you get exactly what you envision from your project.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
When your project is complete you will receive a suite of final images and videos to showcase the work. Once you have approved the work and paid the remaining balance, the models will be shipped to you.
Each model is individually packaged to ensure maximum protection is offered as the package makes its way to you. We ship fully insured and via express shipping.
